Residents who use private vending can purchase electricity vouchers and monitor usage 24/7 using the Voltex Mobile App. The App also allows them to make purchases using a debit or credit card, monitor their transaction history and contact the Prepaid Support Call Centre.
Prepaid meters allow residents to buy vouchers directly from the municipality, third party vendors or online via our Prepaid Vending App. They can manually monitor their usage via their smart meter or access our dashboard for more detailed information.
Whether they are managing their usage themselves with a prepaid meter or being billed monthly, we give consumers the peace of mind that their bills will be 100% accurate and based on their actual usage, as recorded by the Invirotel Smart Metering Management System.
